What am I paying fo

I tested my alarm today just opend the doore and let the alarm go of after 30 min no phone call no respons whaso ever then we phone pro safe and got this out of the there is no record of us on their system as what happen we chainged all the detail in november 2012 and stil the acount is on the previous owners name but stil the same house numbers ect and yet no phone call its now been 2 hours and stil nothing I'm so angry paying them every month and when you nead them you arnt on record so what I feel I was paying for free. So what to do please let me know
