Most companies do not realise the "good customers" services - long waiting on cell-phones interrupted by voice recordings and other wasted time (MONEY) to the CUSTOMER - then the wait for weeks and having to call the company to respond - etc is not what I percieved from Gallardo - ALL my communications has been answered amost immediately - and with detail. Who pays the person on the other side - ME - the Customer! So please give me the treatment expected from a customer - I am your money and food on your table - this is what is expected - Pure - friendly services/advice/information etc .. Gallrdo gave me the expected treatment 100% - Good job done WELL Anne-Marie - your type is required in this type of profession!!
