I would like to retract all statements that i have made with regards to your company. I am fully aware that the matter was out of hand and apologize for prematurely critising you guys for something beyond your control. I would like to thank Anne Marie and Anne Downham, for consistently being present helping me deal with my issues. I really hope we all learned something from this. Once again i do apolgize being critical of matters not within your reach. I will continue to be a quicksure client for years to come. Please can we just get my car fixed asap or make other transport arrangements if need be.
