I want to express my frustration due to the stinking service I've been given from ADT security company. I asked them to terminate my contract with them since April 2013. I sent an email to that effect. My contract was not terminated and for the next two months my account was debited. Since then I have been battling with ADT? It's funny and strange that every time I phone in i Speak to different people and all of them have been telling me different stories. In June I was told that the contract was terminated and that I was going to be refunded with the two months subscription. To date i haven't received my money. A lady called Louise from customer service or accounts department has to date never bothered to contact me to explain what the is going on. Every time I'm told I will get my money in 10 days, I want to say its been almost 3 months and I still haven't received it. ADT I demand to know when will I be getting my money then I will get off your case. You on the other hand can carry on with your bad service to people who really don't mind. I am sick and tired of service I've been given in the last three to four months! people please stay away from ADT, their service
