I was incorrectly debited in January of this year (after cancelling my contract and giving notice etc). I could get no joy with the ADT call centre and so complained on Hellopeter. I was duly PROMISED my refund on Friday last week (18th Feb), but lo and behold, that day has come and gone and... NO REFUND! I call the call centre today and get put through to 3 different people, get told to hand on for the 4th person and then get cut off. I AM SO SICK OF THIS! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! What am I meant to do and WHO will be held accountable??? I will NEVER recommend ADT and will do my utmost to make sure that EVERYONE will know how disgusting and pathetic your service is.
