As of June 2013. at the end of June there was a debit order that went out of my account for R3040.80 there was a huge miss understanding and I am now trying to get answers why it happen I have been trying to get them to reimburse me back and only keep the R710.00 that was agreed. I called ADT Capetown and no one can help me and when I spoke to someone they said they are only going to give me back R1500.00 and that's Unacceptable it has been two weeks now and still no one has helped me I'm still waiting for my money to be returned into my account this is ridiculous. I want all my money returned and for you to come and collect your alarm system I don't want your service anymore and will take my business somewhere else.
