What now?

I have been receiving messages from a certain Flexicell alerting me that they will deduct money from my account a few weeks back. I have received these messages often, but I never really paid attention to it. They deducted two premiums from my account in February and again in March. Eventually I called to ask who they are and what this was for, where upon a lady told me that I have an account with them since 2007.
She immediately assured me without explanation that they will pay me back my two premiums at once, which they did.
However, I feel that I have never given them any consent to deduct money from my account and I never received any services from them. I asked them for proof that I signed an agreement with them, which they could not give.
I wrote them a mail asking what then happened to all the other installments that they have deducted unlawfully since 2007, but they told me their system have crashed and they have no info as from last year June.
I asked them what about June to December, they said the debit orders always came back unpaid since June. My concern is then that there were obviously fines added to my account by the bank due to returned debit orders, who will
