I'm complaining about the very poor way altech netstar handle accounts especially when I cancelled my account in July 2012 and I'm still getting VVM sending me text messages and calling me when i send them all my correspondence they reply that will sort this problem out I have received a call from Nestar telling me that my account is closed and that they are very sorry for all the trouble. i am NOW telling Nestar that if this harassment does not stop I will go and seek legal advice I can't believe this. await your urgent response
