I changed insurance from budget to AA and cancelled my other insurance with the tracker and I told the consultant at budget when cancelling with them that I am aware that this current insurance doesnt include the tracker. I want to know who gave them my banking details and a go ahead to take money out of my account without my knowledge as no one consulted me nor phoned me. this is who gave you my account details and permission to take my money. This is because you just decided on your own to take my money out of my account. my bank account details are with budget and tracker was included in the insurance package. so if I cancelled the insurance because I couldnt afford and have to change to the other cheaper one. I dont appreciate you going into my account without calling me first. where do you get the right to go into my account? I am going to open a case of because you have violated my rights and this is money laundering in my view and I can report this matter as it is a crime. if this is how you conduct business by peoples monies in their bank accounts without consulting them you will get into trouble as I have the statement and will persue this crime.
