I requested a report on the possible causes and future procedures or methods of preventing this situation. I have had little or no reply regarding this matter. I was told that this will be investigated from the 19/06/3013. I requested a technician be sent out at our cost and this option has not been taken seriously. I am concerned that this might occur again and we as a security company need reliable equiptment.
