Please see my previous complaint (just click on my username). It's not been 6 months and still I have issues every single night. I have subsequently opened another ticket on which i have had no feedback. Cell C's service is SHOCKING. You have to follow up, because they don't. They closed my previous tickets without informing me about any resolution. Potential customers be warned! Once they have you on a contract the don't give a flying rat's about you, the customer. I've had multiple people promise to get back to me and not once did anybody get back to me. I'm so disgusted wish I knew a good lawyer so that I could drag their to court and make them stand up and notice!
