I decided to cancell my contract with ADP as I was moving from Vanderbijlpark to Potchefstroom to go into a old age home. I send a cancellation letter to the Customers Care Center on th 28 August 2012. I did not receive any respons except that the premuim still went off my bank account. My daugter in law phoned the Customer Care Centre and we resend all relevant documentation again on the 8 February 2013. At last there was a respons via e-mail from ADT stating that the request has been escalated to the relevant department. I never heard from them again. On 02 August 2013 I received another letter from the Credit Control Department from ADT that I have a outstanding amount of R1815.60. I am a 78 year old lady and I feel that this is harrasment now. How difficult can it be to cancel a contract if you have all the information.
