I am writing this on behalf of my Dad who is a pensioner and who signed a contract with Adt in October last year. Crime is a prob;em all over and you think that a company like Adt would be there for you but all they are worried about is receiving the money every month and to with the service!
He has been complaining about the system from day one. Every time we activate the alarm it goes off within a couple of minutes. Adt will check what the problem is but you have to pay for the service! What is the use of having this service if it is not working properly? Why must he pay for them to come out and check the service everytime? Surely they must check it and ensure it is working properly from the beginning.
Our contract states two years but my Dad has confirmed with the representatative Anne Schultz that we are only signing a year contract as we have only signed a year contract to rent the property. She never even confirmed this with her office. This is how no-care they are about suplying a good seivce!
He wrote a letter to them dated 15 June 2013 complaining about the service and it was sent by email to [Email Removed] BUT NO REPLY OR RESPONSE!
