Faulty parts - enough is enough

I have been inconvenienced with your parts being faulty, namely mass air flow sensor, headlights to name a few. The fact that you might have replaced the Mass Air Flow sensor now 3 times (where 2 times at your cost) is not justified at all. After the first Mass Air Flow sensor I had to replace another expensive sensor, but now I wonder if I didnt pay R3644.80 for a Sensor Assy for nothing seeing that your Mass Air Flow senser has been given me hassels (replaced 3 times). Now to top this I have to again make arrangements as my headlights are not adjusting after one headlight was replaced by a panelbeater (hail damage), I bought the right hand side headlamp cash, and now this is also a factory fault. I have always loved driving my Ford Focus ST, but at this moment I am hating every minute, as your parts are letting me down. If it was a case of buying pirate parts, I would've accepted the faults. But I am only buying Ford parts, i don't think this is fair. My car has not reached 90 000 on my odmeter as yet, and this is what I am sitting with - faulty parts and taking time off work to sort your faulty parts out. I am a very unhappy Ford ST lady
