On 09.02.2013, we had Chubb come out and attend to repairs of the alarm. We paid an amount of R1644.43 in lieu of the repairs as we were happy that it was in working order. Only later, did we realise that the box had been left open with the wires exposed. The reason it seemed that it was left open, was so that another little box with the aerial could balance on top of the main casing box. We contacted Chubb when we realised that this had been done and were informed that someone would come out and attend to it. This was in February and we have been waiting ever since then. Please CHUBB can you send someone out to attend to this.
