Today i had disconnected my battery while the mechanics where working on the car but i ended up forgetting to call tracker to inform them of what is currently happening. So about 15 minutes later I received a call from them and a voice prompt came through and gave me options and said option one its if the car is safe. Which you have to press. Am defiantly peeved at such ridiculous service as this is the worst I have ever seen. Imagine if you get hijacked and your cellphone is in your car and the get away with your car and cellphone. Which means if they decide to answer my phone and select that option one. I will lose my car cause of this matter. I hope someone in the company is going to delete or scrap that process.
