On Monday night my business, O2 Lighting & Electrical, was burgled with no response from ADT Security. On Saturday night the electrical box supplying 4 businesses was set on fire thereby cutting the electricity to all the businesses. CHUBB (Security for Designer Dent) called to inform us that the power has been cut. We went out on Sunday morning and inspected both businesses and everything was in order.By Monday the battery power for the alarm was also depleted. Tuesday morning when an employee arrived at work at 6am he saw the front door of the shop flung wide open. Stock had been and damages were high. As my security company we called ADT and when they arrived the individual said that he will not check anything until we pay a call out fee. He left. Numerous phone calls and spoke to a lady Ayanda who said she will send someone out. Till today still waiting & my alarm does not work. Called today again and apparently no Ayanda works there. Another lady said I have to pay the call out fee. My argument is that had they responded to the power going off, the battery dying, my radio signal not working this could have been avoided or minimised. I want someone to come out & explain
