No luck

The following problems have never been resolved:

1. Unresponsive panic alarm due to it not being pressed for SIX SECONDS according to a control room agent
2. Smoke detector still active after being told it's been replaced by a heat sensor...

Every night we have false alarms
Every night I'm being told it will be resolved.
