Ive purchased a new car in November 2012, due to contractual obligations with Tracker I had to transfer the hardware device from my old vehicle (traded in) to the new. Initially we battled to get a suitable date for transfering the latter, and then after that, one enormous communication chasm evolved to merely book a transfer date. Im still paying the monthly subscription for NO device in my "new" vehicle (7 months later). Sent a mail to the initial "team" that were suppose to assist, no response, the last communication was that a "call center will contact you for setting up a date"... Lifelong experience, still waiting. Ridiculous, and it seems Im not alone. I hope this will reflect upon rapid response!
