ADT: Account remains open after 2 years :

Code LOU635... I am blown away by ADT. In 2011 (after many emails and complaints to and about ADT), I received a letter confirming that all was in order, and that the account was closed. To my horror, I still owe R24. Last week, I drew a credit report at Experian Credit Bureau and it clearly states that the account is still open and active.
Zebilon Zeb Phele from ADT has been assisting, but cannot give a date as to when this matter will be resolved, as its now with ADT LEGAL. I am blown away. ADT, ADT, ADT - Please improve your service levels.
I am not at fault.
