We were provided with a quotation from a company called Carpenters (Py) Ltd (also trading as Need-A-Carpenter) on the 10th of November 2012, to the amount of R 8, 880.00 for the supply, fitment and installation of a built-in cupboard for our main bedroom, we paid the the deposit of R7, 640.00 on the 12th of November 2012.
It is now the 21st of January 2013 and to date no installation has taken place.
After several requests and phone calls we have not received an proper answer as to why the installation has not taken place.
We have requested the return of the deposit on several occasions and have not received a cent.
