I am highly dissapointed and disgusted in the service received from ADT. This account was settled in September 2012, Since then we have called the office, accounts department & emailed requesting this to be cleared from ITC as its listed as "in arrears". Receipts of payments was sent as requested and still NO response. We have not received any professional assistance. Always being promised that this will be resolved but after three weeks calling every second day- this has NOT been done. This is affecting us negatively. I just called the accounts department and spoke to two individuals who transfered me from one department to the other, i was on hold for 12 min and the person i eventually spoke to said "i cannot find anything under your telephone number, maybe because you are from Cape Town" what is that supposed to mean? How is it possible for ADT, such a large compnay to NOT follow through on client requests? OMW i am amazed at the lack of professionalism. Highly irritated and believe that ADT service level has dropped drastically.
