CTrack secure service is disgustingly poo

The service from C Track secure is absolutely disgusting. They just do not respond to requests for information or to sort out a problem. Several requests were submitted by phone and via the internet for a unit that is not working. They just do not respond.
I will not/cannot trust them with the security of my vehicles.
Their accounts are just as bad.
