I wrote a report last week complaining about ADT still billing me for an account which was taken over by new client. I sold my house and the new owner took over the alarm. A cetain Ms Vilakazi called me last week. I could hear her properly and asked her to call on my land line which she never did. Yesterday I received another invoice still on my name. I called ADT and was put on hold for nearly 20 minutes and then droped the line. I called them again this morning and as usual I was put on hold and again droped. Is this the way ADT runs its business. I'm sure they do not expect me to renew my contract.
