We bought baby cams from Jnb CCTV with the promise of a domain where we can view footage offsite included in the package.
Julian was very helpful and very sweet. However, virtually impossible to contact.
He did attempt to assist by driving to Gaborone to help us install the product. However, he has since been unreachable to set up the domain, which can be done from his home office. The main reason we went with his security product is to log in off site to view footage once off site. We now have fully operating cameras, but no domain.
We have attempted to contact Julian via telephone and email on numberous occasions since Dec 2012. He has not responded to any of these attempts and we have had to resort to sourcing outside help with additional costs.
The after sales service is appalling.
