Our home Internet link is extremely slow. I started reporting it at 11.00 the morning. phoned them back 4 times spoke to 4 different Technicians and no one can help.
They even asked me to send screen shots of speed tests??? Am i now working for Neotel??? OR ARE THEY IN NEED OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT???
I asked to speak to a manager, i was put on hold for about a half an hour, where they got back to me and said that there are no Managers available. The next available manager will contact me in the next half hour. That was at 15:00 and it is now 16:40. I guess they are getting ready to knock off.
I do have a technical background, and the questions the consultants/Technicians asked me made it clear that they don't know what/ why they are doing???
Hopefully i will receive a call in 2013, they do have enough time till Christmas!!!
