Poor service delivery

On 27/07/12 & 08/08/12 ADT was paid an amount of R25324.38 & R10572.23 respectively, for complete re-wiring &; upgrading of the existing ADT alarm including the installation of 5 beams as advised by the ADT salesman MR. Isaac Govender at 60 Eccleston Cres. Bryanston. After installation the system never worked. We made several phone calls to ADT to rectify the problem but ADT did not attend to the problem. After many attempts to address the problem, ADT sent a sale person, Mr. Jevon Devnarain. On 25/03/13 we met with Mr. Devnarain from ADT and he suggested that we should install another 4 beams at a further cost of R15561.00 to solve the problem. A deposit of R8000.00 was paid. Thus a total of R 43896.61 has been paid to ADT. In addition every month we pay ADT R470.25 for monitoring & surveillance. On 10/04/13, 4 more beams were installed but still the system does not work. After spending R43896.61 the house remains unprotected and the system does not work. We have written several letters to the MD, CEO, and e-mailed the Senior technician and Customer Care and made numerous phone calls to the ADT Call Centre.
