Cancelation of contract

I have cancelled contract with ADT by means of dozens of telephone calls as well as by email with no response from them. They keep on putting through their debit orders which I in turn then reversed at the bank, having me driving to the bank and wasting valuable time.

Now they are threatening me with legal action. What do I do with a company like this. I have also complained to them as they have placed me on ITC last year when they were getting all their payments by debit order, which they rectified. It was too late, as it had resulted in me not getting a loan from the bank because of this.

There are also other irregularities which was committed by ADT - documents/information that I am in possession of.
