I will not advise anyone to rent or buy a property from natrent they are unfair
I was renting a flat unit 6004 by the time I moved in my stuff were already in the flat they painted over my furniture drops of paint were splashed on my tv when I reported this it fell on deaf ears. they had to refund me for my deposit unnecessary charge's were charged and added things on that they 'Fixed' that was never a problem I was dealing with a guy named Devesh who did the deposit proceedings
the toilet never flushed we had to use a bucket these issues were reported to Belinda they never responded to any of the issues they leave it up until you move out to charge you for it
bathroom leaks. i am liable for unnecessary charges which does not make any sense
Godfrey Moloi did the inspection and all was well the apartment was marked cleaned but they charges me 600 for cleaning when I emailed him regarding the inspection he said 'I cannot include what you tell me on the inspection report'
they place old stoves in the unit that is dirty and expect you to clean it as if it was new and you get charged for it
you responsible for the previous inspection faults as well my deposit was R5400 I painted cleaned and made sure all is well everything added up to R6090 when I question this I was told the money can be written off because they know they scam people from their deposits
I will definitely be taking this further as this has happened to many people as well
