I have phoned in to Multichoice twice now, the first time two months ago they said i could transfer the decoder with out a problem and sent me forms to do so.
I have now phoned Multichoic today and they say that it is not possible to transfer the decoder to my name. The person that gave me the Decoder has left the country ad I have no way of getting hold of him and the REFUSE to help me. Absolutely shocking that one will help and the other won't
