Frustrated beyond words

I have extra view and according to my knowledge the monthly instalment is R695 so why is R816 deducted from my account? We budget for a certain amount then this happen and it seems like it is acceptable to make a billing mistake on behalf of the client. Never had Multichoice problems with me paying my account ever! So therefor I need answers asap! What is going on with my account!?
