Multi choice move

I am very upset, I took my Decoder to Multichoice to be repaired, i left my details and they callesd me to come and fetch it, when i got there i found that my decoder has not been fixed yet. i left it there for another week, i went back last week and the Multichoice moved without letting me know where they moved to. Now they have my Decoder and i dont know where they are. the slip they gave me doesnt have their contact details, it only has mine. i paid last month for the subscribtion before my decoder got demaged, now i didnt even get to enjoy what i have paid for, now i am going to have to pay for reconnection fees if i get my decoder back. please help me find my decoder.
