My account had been disconnected I did a transfer on friday and up to today my account has not been reactivated everytime I call their customer care number I get a voice recording telling me if I have paid and still have no service email my proof of payment, you indicate your call centre is open from 7am till 11pm so is it open for us to listen to these voice recordings only or for us to speak to agents who can assist us have been calling and calling sent an sms to 31401 and up to now am still waiting for that call
