We frequently visit The Maslow Hotel in Sandton for a quick drink or a bite to eat and it is absolutely always the most pleasant experience! From the first person you encounter at the gate of this establishment to every staff member one comes across, it is by far the most welcoming environment where one is treated so well and so graciously catered to. I have never, ever had a bad experience of any kind there and congratulate them on creating not only a beautiful place with a lovely ambience but also a place that feels like a customer service island in a city where one has become accustomed to not knowing what to expect anymore. Please keep it up. It is just so fantastic and they'll be seeing a lot more of us! Excellent job to the management team and the staff who obviously live out the company's value system in their daily jobs. It's remarkable to still see that!!
