From the first contact Andiswa needs to speak up and concentrate on the client and not her colleagues. Then they tell me it will be 10 minutes for Zinger Wings. They cremated the wings and it had absolutely no zing.
I have been to this store a couple of times and every time I leave, it feels like they did me a favor. You have a beautiful system in place but your staff needs training on the system and on making the customer experience a pleasant one.
I am 5 minutes away but will now go to KFC Durban Road again.
