My laptop was by a staff member. I was told by other staff the staff member had from others before the same week. The GM told me i am just out of luck. I am visiting SA from overseas. I use my laptop for my work as a writer. The hotel has done little to aid in returning or replacing it. They have proof it was and it was by a staff member. They admit they gave the staff member the key and they are responsible. They do not care. The management is not trying to help me or to replace my property. I have been treated very poorly by the management. The way that business is handled is sad and a travesty. DO NOT STAY HERE. IT IS NOT SAFE.
