NOT RECEIVING MY ACCOUNT STATEMENTS!!!

Hello,

I am very disappointed with TOPTV'S service.

I have called them numerous times to get my statement posted to me but up till today i have not received anything.

I pay my account on time and i am disgusted that toptv can take my money but not provide me with my statements!

If this is not sorted out i will cancel my subscription!!
