I'm just about to loos it over here, ur billing is inappropriate, I pay double, in advance but every month I'm stuck with incorrect bills and disconnection, u take my debit order details, then you don't debit when I come home I spend loads amount of airtime trying to get through to your service, who on earth wants self help, I called because I want to speak to a human being not Dave from down the road,
Please sort this out and reconnect me and Finally can you set up a diret debit so I do not have to hear Dave every month wheater its your fault or mine that my account has been disconnected.
Kindy give this query to someone polite because I will not speak to someone who will think little of me or I will seek legal advise.
