I'm still waiting feedback for call Ref nr 13828833 and call Ref nr 138337446
On the month of July i did not have enough money left over to pay my Dstv subscription my debit order returned so i got an error message e52 I'm not a dstv employee and do not have a chart with error codes framed above my TV so i assumed i was disconnected from the service which matches up to my agreement with DSTV i don't pay i get disconnected
Once i was financially back in a position to reactivate my subscription i was told i was never disconnected the benefit of having a debit order meant that if i don't pay il get charged double come the next month WHERE IN MY CONTRACT DOES THIS SO CALL "DEBIT ORDER BENEFIT" IS MENTIONED NO WHERE BECAUSE IT ONLY BENEFITS YOU who the F are you to decide what's in my pocket and give me an so called advance in subscription NOT knowing if I could afford the double instalment or not you better refund half of the double instalment you from my account or lose me as a CLIENT as the saying goes a bird in hand...
