A company called Launch factory, contacted me about wining a dstv prize for 3, a cruise to the Portuguese islands and back for me and 3 friends to the value of 175 000 rand. All our details where lost and 5 months later 2 weeks prior to the cruise I was contacted and asked to resend all our personal info within the day otherwise we can't go! The new woman who contacted me Erin, said the previous employee had left and she had taken over from the company name of Link Marketing. She still couldn't tell me departure and arrival dates or times what the prize actually included, only that the ship departs from Dbn to Ct and returns to Dbn. My friends and I couldn't book any flights to Durban or Capetown without that crucial info as we were Jhb based and had no information on the time of the cruise and dates! After endless emails and phone calls and complaints 2 weeks prior to the actual date we received the tickets which were standard 1500 value tickets with a different destination, totally useless!!! At this stage Flight tickets are triple the cost compared to the 5 months prior when we could have booked and just as we'll we didn't book any flights as the dates and destination, all wrong!
