Bad attitude and poor service

We have booked a cruise that departs on Friday the 1st of March. On the 2nd of January on an email from Lucrecia Leak said that she will forward our tickets and info to us in 2 weeks prior to departure. We are leaving in less than 3 days and still nothing. She doesn't reply to emails and she has a terrible attitude when you phone her.
