Confirmed appointed missed!!!

I am so disappointed from the professionally side of this..

In the past I was approached numerous times by staff members of the Sun International Group to host and invite Chinese members in and around Bloemfontein & Lesotho to attend a dinner function or Chinese New Year Party.

Numerous event was unsuccessful due to the most Chinese were unavailable, due to other functions at other places were host. So the Chinese people whom attended the event hosted by Sun International were mostly non-gamblers and just called to fill the gap.

I was approaching Sun International Windmill Casino to host about 120 guest, hopefully we could of come to any arrangements.

Email confirmation was set for 10:00 (11 April 2013), by PA to the General Manager of Windmill Casino.

After waiting for 15 minutes after my arrival at 9:55. I was notice that the appointed is CANCELLED and something important came up for Yasheen and I should make another appointment.

This is really unprofessional way of handling the situation!!

If there should be any coming up prior appointments shouldn't a call be called to the client to request a rescheduling of appointment? I found it a WASTE OF TIME to discuss any matte
