We arrived at the Wimpy at the Windmill casino in Bloemfontein at 8:15. We only got served at 8:30 by a waitress with terrible attitude telling us she just got onto her shift. On top of all of this, we got a horrible breakfast only at 8:45, our beverages at 9 which were not even correct (we ordered a black coffee).
I have never been soo frustrated in my life and as a result I have been put off Wimpy. Well done, you have lost a loyal customer. I would rather pay more at N&B then ever experience such service again.
