Decoder continuously switches off and on

How very frustrating! Decoder does not function properly. Previous complaint not followed up to verify if problem is resolved. Decoder continuously cuts out and 40 seconds later comes on again. This does not enhance viewing pleasure or provide entertainment. Can this matter please be resolved urgently
