Writing this complaint will properly cost my company its accreditation with Multi choice who i have proudly been representing ever since 1995 when the first M net transmissions started as that is the way they they treat accredited installers if voice your opinion towards Multi choice. Firstly Multi choice bear in mind that accredited installation companies are the first impression the public experiences when subscribing to Multi choice and therefore we should be treated with respect as we do you. You properly at this stage are thinking why am i publishing this on hello peter and not taking the matter up with you directly. The answer is that nothing gets done about it, only empty promises.
Your company has caused personal insult to me and my company and embarrassed me at a new customers residence. I will not go into detail now as it is not in my nature, only when a representative responds to this complaint. We are always told to keep Multi choices name high but there are limits.
Also note that we as installation companies spend thousands of rands advertising Your product so once again treat us with respect. And remember we are your backbone.
