Extra charges for a decoder that I don't even own

The call center agent treated me like a, repeating the word, "As I've said to you before...". I then find out I cannot up and downgrade my services as and when I like and then I'm informed that I need to pay for a decoder that I don't own.

This was the last straw. This company doesn't need my money - clearly. I'm sticking to the R20/month package - at least the reception is better than with an aerial...
