Multichoice
Horrible Service

My honeymoon started on 23 March 2013, Unfortunately I forgot our smartcard at home. We opted to buy a PVR decoder, so that we can make use of that smartcard. I contacted the DSTV call centre at 6:24PM for the first time on 23 March 2013, and requested that the agent call me back after spending some time on the line with my cellphone to which she agreed. She called back, and continued trying to assist me, but then I had to swop the decoders around, so I asked that she call me back in 5 minutes instead of staying on the line. I never heard from her again. I then called back at 7:28, and asked that consultant to call me back, but he refused saying he cannot do that due to system limitations. When I asked to speak to a Team Leader I was told that is not possible either, and he cut the call. I then called again at 7:46PM, and finally got signal. On 29 March 2013, I had to call again at 7:26AM as I was double debited. The agent escalated my call to a Portia, who called me back, and was supposed to get back to me as well. I am now in a position where I'd like to upgrade to PVR, but cannot as I was double debited. I also spent well over an hour on the line with my cellphone, 0715396656.
