Technical problem cost clients time/money

No signal on the DSTV service. Subscription fully paid up. No service on the telephone - 100 calls in line.
No service at the DSTV service centre - 50 people in cue and no progress at the counter.
It is bad service and poor business to expect a paying client to sort out the problems of the service provider at the cost and time of the client.
