No refund after nearly 4 Weeks

I suspended my account (due to relocation) over a month ago. I have spoken to 2 people on separate occassions who promised me a refund "within the next few days". I paid DSTV via debit order every month, on time, yet I have to wait nearly 4 weeks for them to refund me my overpayment.

Not acceptable!
