My services were disconnected suudenlywith no warning in early Feb, upon Enquring at your maponya mall branch, i was told my acc is, please explain how he came to this conclusion.

Was given a contact number, when I called, I was told the lady no longer works there, I was told to pay R5500 odd to get my services activated WTH? I was added to recieve discounted premium fees, ( I Believe its one of your staff benefits, they can add friends and family) we were told to pay in to his acc, as money is deducted from his salary. Now I believe he no longer works there, but how is this my fault, as I was told this is a personal matter i need to sort out with him.

I need an explanation that if no payment was recieved from me, why werent my services terminated before? How did you get to this amount, I do not have this money.

I called in to arrange a payment arrangement, I was told you do not endorse arrangements.

I have two decorders which dont work, a std one and an Hd PVR, which I paid R2000 for now, i tried to do change of owenership, because my brother wanted to buy it from me, was told I cannot due my account being.

I need answers as well as a solution???
